Shipping policy

Order Processing and Shipping Time:

• Shipping
• Fine art prints ship within the United States within 5-10 business days via USPS.
• Original paintings ship within the United States within 5-7 days via insured USPS Priority Mail, FedEx Ground, and UPS Ground depending on the artwork size.

All orders will receive a tracking number, so you can have an accurate delivery estimate once your order has been shipped.

Domestic Shipping Policy:

• Free Standard Shipping: We offer free standard shipping on all domestic orders (USPS Ground Advantage or equivalent service). All packages are insured.
• Expedited Shipping: Customers can select faster shipping options at checkout for an additional fee.

Incorrect Shipping Information:

• Buyer Responsibility: The buyer is responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Orders will not be refunded for lost, miss-delivered, undelivered, or returned orders resulting from incorrect shipping details provided by the buyer.
• Re-shipping Costs: If an order is lost or miss-delivered due to incorrect shipping information, the buyer is responsible for all re-shipping costs to the correct address. Additionally, a 50% re-print charge based on the value of the print will apply if the original order is lost due to incorrect information.
