Refund policy

Original Artwork and Prints:
All sales of original artwork and prints are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for these items, except in the case of lost or damaged orders (see Lost, Damaged or Stolen Items below).

Order Cancellation:
Orders for original paintings and prints may only be canceled if they have not yet been processed or printed. Some orders may be processed immediately after being placed, so cancellation is not guaranteed. If an order is eligible for cancellation, a 5% fee based on the total order amount will be deducted from your refund to cover processing costs.

Lost, Damaged, or Stolen Items:
If your original artwork or print arrives damaged, or if your order is lost or stolen, please report the issue within 14 days of delivery, or from the expected delivery date in the event of a lost package. Be sure to include your order number, along with photos of the damage, as well as images showing the exterior and interior of the packaging. Damaged or lost items will be replaced or refunded.

Sales Items:
All sales of discounted or promotional items are final. We do not accept cancellations, returns, or exchanges on any items purchased during a sale.
